I was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, but I was raised in Waveland, Mississippi. I graduated from Bay High in Bay Saint Louis in 1988. I have 4 nephews, 2 great nephews and a spoiled Shi Tzu named Bubblez. I started out as a front desk clerk at the Grand Casino Biloxi in 1998. In 1999 I moved to VIP Services until I became a host in 2011. I love to interact and form relationships with the guests. I feel that becoming a Hospitality Host was one of the best things that has happened to me in my career. When I am not at work I enjoy spending time with my family.

I was born in Massachusetts and moved to Ocean Springs, Mississippi 40 years ago. After graduating from Ocean Springs High School I attended MS Gulf Coast Junior College for 2 years. I was in the banking business for 10 years before beginning my career in the gaming industry at Grand Casino Biloxi in 1993. I have been an Executive Host for 19 years and have loved every minute of my job. I am married to a wonderful man and we have furry babies that we consider our children. We love dining out and spending time with family and friends and watching golf and football. The greatest asset of being a host is the warm and meaningful relationships I have built with my guests. They have become true friends. Come to Grand Biloxi and experience true Southern Hospitality- I look forward to seeing and hearing from you!

Grand Biloxi Casino Host - Robert Joachim
Robert Joachim

As Biloxian as a “dressed and pressed” poor-boy and a Barq’s root beer, I am a fifth-generation native of Biloxi. I am a product of Biloxi Public Schools and a member of the Cathedral of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary parish in Biloxi. I am an alumnus of the University of Mississippi and am married to Brynn Williams Joachim, also a native Biloxian and a graduate of Lousiana State University. Our marriage has happily endured thirteen years, despite our intense Tiger-Rebel rivalry. I have spent most of my adult life working in the family real estate business. I spent nine years teaching pre- and post-licensing real estate courses throughout Mississippi. After retiring from real estate, I managed several new automobile dealerships on the Mississippi Gulf Coast before getting my foot in the door at Grand Biloxi in 2007. My first position at the Grand was as a revenue auditor in the finance department. I eventually was promoted to food and beverage supervisor at the Grand over Lb’s Steakhouse. In May, 2011, I became an Executive Casino Host.

Grand Biloxi Casino Host - Jason West
Jason West

Thanks for stopping by! My name is Jason West, and I am a Senior Executive Host here at Grand Biloxi. This year marks my 13th year with the company, with 11 of those being in Casino Marketing. Prior to joining the team at Grand Biloxi, I attended the University of Southern Mississippi and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management. Originally planning to enter into the world of hotel management, I was quickly lured by the action and fast paced environment created by the casino. This position allows me to meet new people daily, and build lasting friendships for years to come. When I am away from the office I enjoy spending time with my family, hunting, fishing, and watching the New Orleans Saints! Once again, thanks for stopping by! Please let me know if I can be of assistance in planning your next trip to any of our Caesars properties.

I was born and raised in a small farming community in South Central North Dakota. I started my career with Harrah’s in 1992 working as a Change Specialist at Bill’s Casino in Lake Tahoe. I have also worked for Harrah’s in Lake Charles and New Orleans as well as the Flamingo on the fabulous Las Vegas Strip. I am truly honored to be a part of the team here at Grand Biloxi which supplies the greatest southern hospitality on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. In my spare time I enjoy golfing, fishing, and riding my bicycle along the beach.

Grand Biloxi Casino Host Kashleen Labbe
Kashleen Labbe

Hello! My Name is Kashleen Labbe' or you can call me by my nickname, “Candy”. I'm from New Orleans, Louisiana. I am a proud mother of three and Granny of five. Earlier in my career, I worked in the New Orleans area in marketing and owned two restaurants. My family always spent summers at our Camp House in Bay St Louis, Mississippi. Our love for the Mississippi Coast Region is in my blood, so it was a natural thing for me to start work at the casinos on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico in 1993. After working at other local casinos on the Coast I then returned to New Orleans in 1998 for the Grand Opening of Harrah’s New Orleans, one of the company’s “jazziest” casinos. I started in National Casino Marketing and soon became a Casino Host. In 2000 I went back to the beach and the Grand Casino Gulfport and continued hosting. Not long after we were bought by Harrah’s, where I was happy as a sea clam! Well a “Stiff Breeze” came up in 2005!!! Harrah’s Entertainment being a great employer relocated this clam to Tunica, Mississippi at Harrah’s. The employees and the guests were AMAZING. But after 3 years I missed my family and the beaches of Mississippi and returned home to the Gulf Coast and the Grand Biloxi. As your Senior Executive Host please allow me the opportunity to assist you and meet your expectations for a long term relationship.

Hello! I am originally from Colorado, but moved to Bossier City, Louisiana in 2007 and began working for Caesars Entertainment at the Horseshoe in 2008. I worked in many different positions for the Horseshoe, but really found my calling when I became a casino host. I loved my Horseshoe co-workers and working with my guests, but when the opportunity presented itself to move to the coast, I just HAD to give it a try! I am excited to do my part in helping to revitalize the Gulf Coast and also to see what this part of the world has to offer. When I’m not at work, I spend as much time possible with my 14 year old son, Samuel and my old hound dog, Buddy. I look forward to meeting and working with you!
